We request that you and your guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your party start time. This will ensure that your party experience begins on time and that none of your guests miss out on any of the fun! All parties at Timezone commence on the hour.
There is a minimum 10 guests to enjoy the full experience of a birthday party with Timezone.
If you need to make changes to your party booking, please contact us via phone or email.
Our party hosts are there to organise all the fun and entertain the guests during the party. While the party hosts will be with the kids for the duration of their party to guide activities, we recommend that parents, guardians to stay close by to supervise for the duration of the party.
Depending on the party package you have chosen, Timezone parties are approximately 3 hours from start to finish.
Bowling socks are not provided, so please remember to remind your guests to bring their own pair of socks. Alternatively, you can purchase a pair of socks in venue.
We ask that you organize a parent or guardian to be available for the duration of your party as a touch point for our hosts – this could be you, your partner, a family member, or friend (anyone attending the party to help supervise the kids).
You are permitted to bring birthday cakes, and your own food. Our party host also have tie up with food partners in mall which can be explored by you as well.
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake! Please note that due to storage constraints we are unable to store your cake for you.
You must be at least 3.5 ft and at least 6 years old to play. Detailed terms and conditions can be seen at your preferred party venue.
